I explored biodiversity conservation, how humans relate to the biosphere on a personal, experiential level. From deep-sea ecosystems to self-sufficient housing I stepped outside of my perspective as a geobiologist to pursue problems not solved with rigid science alone but through adaptations between nature and society.
