Seaweed transforms carbon dioxide from greenhouse gas to biomass. A delicacy; an industrial product; potential carbon sink; economic lifeline for coastal communities. I explored seaweed’s multifaceted roles and climate applications in several countries – shedding light on the complex relationships between humans, oceans, and our rapidly changing climate.
